Kincardine Beach Pavillion| Cara & Jeff

Kincardine Beach Pavilion Wedding Photography | Cara & Jeff   This wedding has to have been one of the highlights of my summer so far! Cara & Jeff, were so laid back and up for anything.   Not even the rain could dampen their spirits.  When the rain started just before the ceremony, Jeff wasn’t sure if he should move the ceremony indoors or leave it outdoors.  He must have had some deep intuition because even though he didn’t receive Cara’s text that said something to the effect of “move it indoors and you will be in the dog house for our first night of marriage”, he made the right decision and left everything the way his bride-to-be dreamed it.   Even though the weather looked rather ominous, mother nature made sure that the rain held off at least for the ceremony.  For the formals, not so much…We ended up diverting our plans from the beach to The Walker House, where the hostess there was so accommodating.  Not sure if it’s just Kincardine that attracts the best people, or if it’s Cara and Jeff, or a mixture of both, but that day we were surrounded by great people.   As photographers, we couldn’t have asked for a better bride and groom, a better bridal party, better location…Everything and everyone was top notch. Waterstone Estates Wedding Photography | Bill & Sabrina

Waterstone Estates Newmarket Wedding Photography | Photography by Associate Photographer – Aaron

When Sabrina and Bill contacted me a few months before their wedding, what was bad news for them quickly turned into good news for us.   Turns out their photographer had very bad allergies to horses.    Not a great situation for a bride and groom to be to be in considering their wedding was going to be on a horse farm.  All of this only a few months before their wedding, but Sabrina took it in stride.  She was not panicked nor crazed, just matter of fact when she reached out to us. (or she hid it really well!) Although I personally was booked for that date, Aaron, our new associate photographer was able to do it! Disaster diverted!  Sabrina and Bill had a beautiful wedding, surrounded by friends and family.    Even though the scenery was beautiful and Sabrina and Bill had chosen such a great location for their wedding, nothing could take away from how beautiful the bride looked and how happy Sabrina and Bill were to be married on this day.

It’s interesting how you can be a 5 minute walk to somewhere downtown but have to drive 30 minutes to get there.  Summer traffic in Toronto must be pretty darned close to New York traffic all year long!   Sonali & Dave got dressed, were married, had their formals done and held their reception all within a few block radius of downtown Toronto.  On a Saturday in the summer with a limo, getting around can be a tad chaotic.  After Sonali and Dave’s beautiful ceremony at St. Paul’s Anglican church  we ventured out to drive to Yorkville.   When the traffic just wasn’t budging, Sonali quickly hopped out of the vehicle and said “let’s walk.”  Although Dave tried to stop her, she was on a mission and something tells me that that is how Sonali lives her life, on a mission, focused and determined.  Dave, you may have to hang on for the ride. (I think Dave is pretty focused and determined too!)  On to the wedding!

The ceremony was held at St. Paul’s on Bloor St.  Such a beautiful, old church.

After the ceremony we wandered out back of the church where there was a beautiful sitting area with gorgeous light that my 2nd Tony had found earlier in his “investigation”.  We wandered around Yorkville and Bloor St for a bit and then headed back to the Toronto Reference Library where the reception was held.
