So when you google map the Doctor’s House, make sure you know it’s in Kleinburg, Ontario near Vaughan. Not London, Ontario! Whew the joys of googlemaps! Almost drove out to London thinking that’s the Kleinburg I had to go to for this wedding. Glad I didn’t!!! I would have died, number one, and number two, I would have missed (been late for) an awesome day! I have a whole new appreciation for the song “Patio Lanterns” by Kim Mitchell. Who knew that this song could draw such a crowd to the dance floor, a “mosh pit” kind of crowd?!? Really, who knew!? LOL! And then from Patio Lanterns, the DJ went on to play “Bizarre Love Triangle”. I almost put my camera down right then and there and joined the party. No one would have noticed right? But of course, the show/photography must go on no matter how great the music.
Although, I believed the most important people at the wedding to be the bride and groom, we were all informed that the MC of the wedding was the most important person in the room…when I think about it I guess he is. You’re trusting him/her with the mic and he/she can say whatever they want to say whenever. So be very nice to the MC and don’t just choose them because they happen to be at your breakfast celebrating your engagement where you have asked everyone but them to participate in your wedding. Awkward!!! LOL The Bride and Groom were awesome, speeches were awesome and made me bawl, the music was awesome, guests and family were awesome and most importantly of course, the MC was awesome! 😉
Jessica and Ben, thank you for letting me be a part of it!
Ben made this box that the rings were in! Hmmm…potential second income on Etsy?? Such a beautiful job he did!
Bras seemed to be the conversation of the day with the girls getting ready…
Everyone pointing to those “Patio Lanterns”
